Not long ago I had a chat with a friend of climbing enthusiast：a friend of climing enthsiast意思是登山爱好者的朋友，而原文意思是说，我的朋友是登山爱好者。 6. the troubles bothered him everyday all disappeared. ：troubles后面少了that 7. 注意，除固定搭配外，可数名词要么是复数，要么加冠词或定语。"in daily life", "in brain"这样的用法都欠妥。 8. Nevertheless, Lying down to relax body tiredness help to get into quietness.：首先，Lying首字母要小写。其次，help后面要加s。 9. As scitific research shows：scitific拼写错误。 10. The simple prayers：去掉the。 14. the "shielded" state of isolation：the改为a 15. far from the secular affairs--have brain rested and feel the existing world whole-heartedly：请问，have的主语是谁？我找不到。而且，这里也不是无主句/祈使句。 have the brain rested用的是have sth. done的句型，而这样的句型是指找其他人做这件事情（请回忆高中课堂），因此用法不妥。 16. too many things are bothering：bother是及物动词。 17. the more difficult to get into the state：difficult后面加it is，不可省略。 18.Another case happens when you are too tired, repeating the prayer brings on drowsihead, ：注意！！第一个逗号之后，出现了一个完整的句子。因此，第一个逗号应改为句号。 19. is the key part-communicate with God.：破折号之后应该是名词性质的，因为其涵义和the key part等价，所以应该为communicating with God. 20.by whole-heartedly involving：involviving这里是名词性质，因此，whole-heartedly应改为形容词形式，去掉ly。 21. so many people's heart ：heart加s，这么多人不可能共用一个心的。 22. We improve the former in learning and thinking, while the latter in the process of meditation. ：former和latter指代不够明确，因为前一句写的不够简练。因此，建议用intelligence和spirit and soul代替former和latter。 23. urgenter：more urgent 24. than at anytime of history：既然是比较，就要加上now。now that at any time in history. in比of更好。
